Vietnam trip - Hanoi
Just got back from Vietnam yesterday. Spent 2 weeks over there. I would say that the trip is a good experience for me. However, 2 weeks seem a bit too long and during the last few days, some of us were already falling ill and getting sick of the food over there. I missed SG food! The first thing i did was to eat the ba Cho Mee when i reached SG.
I will try to upload some of the pictures I took over there. There are simply too many photos already. So just enjoy the pictures... sorry I dun really have a lot of viet babes pics... just a few, so stay tune!!!
The plan for our trip is to fly from Sg to Hanoi. We stayed there for a night before we take an overnight train to Sapa the next day. Sapa is a cold and nice place. I still prefer Pai of Thailand though. Anyway, I will talk about Sapa in the next entry. After Sapa, we came back to Hanoi and from there travel south: Hue, Hoi An, Da Lat, HCM. We flew back from HCM to Sg on the 23. Total no of days spent there is 15. Amount of SGD I spent including air tickets, shopping, transport... is about $800. That is quite a budget trip I must say.
Before we set off at the airport... Me and Zhiyang.

Clement, David and Zy.

Our first meal over there.. the food is good.. not too ex. A meal per person is about 3 SGD including drink.

We went to this place call "half man half noodle" to chill out. Or was it "half noodle half man"? Nvm, not impt. The beer is cheap... about 1 SGD per bottle.

A lake in Hanoi city.. quite cold over there.. 24 deg?

The night market in Hanoi...

Hanoi is still not as develop as HCM. The traffic there is terrible. Ppl just horn to over take. And the majority of the ppl there ride on motor bikes. So when U cross the road, just walk straight and the motor bikes will siam u automatically... we learned that after one day of practice..
All right, next entry I will talk more on Sapa. And more photos....
